Terms of Service
Welcome to Asvybe Photography Studio. By booking a photography session or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Retainer Policy
A non-refundable booking deposit (standard 40% of total package value) is required alongside a signed service agreement to secure your chosen date on our studio shoot calendar. No date is held without deposit confirmation.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand emergencies and inclement weather occur. For portrait sessions, client-initiated rescheduling requests made with at least 7 days' advance written notice will allow the deposit to transfer to a mutually agreed future date within 6 months. For weddings, rescheduling is subject to open calendar availability.
3. Image Licensing & Usage Rights
Personal Sessions (Weddings, Family, Maternity): Clients receive perpetual, non-exclusive rights to print, download, and share delivered high-resolution images for personal non-commercial use.
Commercial Sessions: Clients receive tailored commercial usage licenses specified in their formal commercial project agreement.
4. Turnaround & Archive Storage
Standard turnaround times are 7–10 days for portrait sessions and 4–6 weeks for multi-day weddings. Online galleries are maintained active on https://asvybe.pixieset.com for a minimum of 12 months following delivery; clients are encouraged to download and backup high-resolution files immediately upon receipt.
